The Leader's C-List

There are three 3's that leaders use daily.  And I have one more to add.

1. Choices - leaders look at options daily
2. Chances - leaders take risks
3. Changes - leaders know changes need to happen for growth, innovation and development.  Change is not change for change sake, but because it is truly needed.

All of this takes leadership courage - 

Courage includes the ability to fail on the way to success.

Courage includes developing the confidence to make choices, take chances to make change happen.
